Choose which protiens and the amount you would like from our Weekly Menu the 10 meal plans that fit your taste buds. Do you want it all fish? Then go ahead, all chicken or beef. No problem. A mixture of all four? We will customize the menu to fit your needs.

Remember, any food allergies or specific dietary needs let us know, we are here to enhance your healthly lifestyle.   

All deliveries will be made either on the following Sunday or Monday of the week. Special delivery instructions can be attained by reaching out to us via the CONTACT information. Any out of town delivers will acrew an additional $5.00 delivery fee.

If you would like to pick your meals up at our Commercial Kitchen then we can arrange a time to do so.
